Yes and no. It definitely can be done however it requires more time and an additional fee. So how about we save you that fee and you check out this product I found from my NOW favorite makeup line, Smashbox. Developed for photography this line really works! I am continuously blown away. This product from Smashbox Cosmetics is great for under-eye circles! It reflects the light virtually eliminating them from your photographs! Simple and Quick! The more you use it the more they seem to disappear too.
