A few months ago I got a call from a free spirit, Dawn, inquiring about engagement photographs. I am selective in accepting engagements as I want to direct my attention to weddings and elopements.
However, when a couple books a wedding with me... well, we just have to do an engagement shoot right?!
They flew down this week to start planning their wedding for Halloween 2016 so she booked Race & Religious to do their session. She and Karl have these amazing tattoos from ankle to shoulder so we had to show those off.
What better place to mix up edgy and romantic?!
After our time there we headed over to the French Quarter for some quick street portraits and candids. And of course as usual we had an interesting photo-bomb. But you will have to wait to see that one in my next Photo-Bomb post.
