If you are on a budget and want to try something different you might consider hiring New Orleans Food Trucks to cater your wedding in New Orleans. Sounds crazy doesn't it? These are not your old roach coaches, nope, they are gourmet with talented chefs running the show. One of my weddings used Taceaux Loceaux at the Race and Religious Wedding Venue. It was so cool. Food made fresh on site. Talk about service! Another couple hired Food Drunk and OMG what amazing food he creates.
