Wedding DJ vs Live Wedding Band vs iPod  

In general, wedding guests tend to respond best to a live band.  There are many exceptionally talented musicians here in New Orleans, all within just about everyone's budget.  If live music just isn't your thing, a DJ is the next best choice.  The last option, an iPod, is one I just don't recommend UNLESS you are really good at setting up transitions and pacing.  Ultimately it depends on your guests and what will provide the best wedding reception experience.
